What's the difference between the plans?
Every plan starts with the property database, interactive mapping, and security controls. Professional adds the full assignment workflow, comparable analysis, and Office Add-in. Business adds client management, bidding, invoicing with QuickBooks sync, and AI automation.
Can I upgrade between tiers?
Yes. You can move to a higher tier at any time from your organization settings. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
How does seat-based pricing work?
You choose the number of active seats your organization needs. That purchased seat count becomes the organization user limit that the app enforces.
Is there a free trial?
No public self-serve trial is offered in this flow. If you want to evaluate the workflow before buying, book a demo and we can guide you through it separately.
Can I choose monthly or annual billing?
Yes. Monthly billing keeps the commitment flexible, and annual billing reduces the effective per-seat rate compared with paying monthly for a full year.
Do you offer public promo codes?
Not in the current self-serve flow. Pilot discounts and custom commercial terms are handled privately through sales or internal operations.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe checkout supports standard card-based payment methods for self-serve onboarding. If you need a different procurement path, contact us before you buy.
How does checkout work?
Checkout completes in Stripe. The app unlocks as soon as the subscription webhook activates your organization — no manual provisioning needed.
Do you support SSO and MFA?
Yes. SSO, passkeys, and authenticator-based MFA are included in every plan. If you need help with rollout planning or a procurement review, book a demo instead of going through self-serve checkout.
